The Diagnosis: Internal PSU Failure in C-Bus Relays

The Fix: SpaceLogic Relay Replacement & Recommissioning
The faulty relays were replaced with Clipsal SpaceLogic units — Schneider Electric's current-generation C-Bus relay range. SpaceLogic hardware offers improved thermal performance, more robust PSU design, and better network stability compared to legacy units of the same era.
Following the hardware swap, the system was fully recommissioned and tested across all zones — including the boardroom with its harbour bridge views, main office floor, library and meeting rooms, breakout lounge, and reception. Every circuit was verified before handover.
