Every callout reserves a slot in our day. This policy protects both you and our technicians — so we can keep showing up when you need us.
A booking is confirmed once a date and time window has been agreed over the phone, WhatsApp or email, and your service address has been provided. From that point the slot is reserved for you and taken out of availability for other customers.
We understand plans change. If you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, there is no charge and you can rebook at a time that suits you. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, or not being available when we arrive at the agreed time, incur a cancellation fee of $185.00 (1 hour minimum labour).
If you need to cancel after our technician has left for your address — whether they are still on the road or already at your site — the time and travel already committed are billable. This covers the 1-hour minimum ($185.00) plus any tolls and travel time incurred getting to you, so the trip isn't at our expense.
Moving your booking to a different day is free as long as we have reasonable notice (ideally 24 hours). Rescheduling within the 24-hour window is treated like a short-notice cancellation and is subject to the fee above.
If we need to reschedule or cancel for any reason, we give you as much notice as possible and there is never a charge to you. We prioritise urgent faults and will always try to offer an alternative time.
Emergency bookings are accepted at the current emergency rate and take priority over planned work. The same cancellation terms apply once the technician is on their way.
If you're unsure about anything above, call us before booking — we're happy to explain.
